From Schreiner’s Iris Lovers Catalog 1987: ” An early flowering and long blooming warmcast plicata. Beyond is crowned with sunburst orange beards on soft yellow falls which are pleasantly flushed overall with rosy copper-tan markings. The standards are uniformly shaded a more rosy hue of the same copper-tan color. Nicely ruffled florets are poised on double socketed tall stems of four branches having 9 buds.
