TB 38″ M-L
From Keith Keppel’s catalog for 1979: “Tall, very ruffled white with heavenly form, the flared falls fluted and pleated. The lightly domed touching standards are slightly more white than the oyster-white falls which give a vaguely greenish cast to the flower. Beards pale yellow. Three branches, seven or eight buds.”
From Eden Road Iris Garden catalog for 1980: “Standards are white. Falls are oyster white. Beard is light yellow, deeper in throat. A tall beauty. Should cross well with its half sister Whitestone”
From Schreiner’s Iris Lover’s catalog for 1986: “Heavenly Angels produces a remarkably large number of superb exhibition stems with three finely spaced branches and 9 buds in perfect ethereal balance. The color is pure celestial ivory white. This gift from the Seraphim combines good substance, purity of color and high quality of bloom.”
