TB 40″ EML
From Lloyd Austin’s Iris Color Guidebook for 1964: “Here the striking and highly distinctive feature is the gigantic tangerine-orange beard, large and more showy than any other horned Iris, ending in an exceptionally long (1½” to 2″) bearded or forked horn, often terminating in a spoon up to ½” wide. Maintains an eye-catching display longer than almost any other Iris. Flower is a clear, bright yellow self.”
