From Treholme Gardens catalog for 1928: “S. cream, shaded buff and pink, edged lilac; F. white, edged violet; orange beard; sweetly scented. A strong growing, free flowering plicata which has displaced many other similar and higher priced varieties, Jubilee only being superior in this class.”
From Puget Sound catalog 1929: “A sweetly scented iris with a pleasing clean sharp contrast in colors. S. white, shot with pale citron yellow shading into wine-red. F. white edged with lilac. Height 3′.”
