DB 10″ E WW

From Carl Salbach’s catalog for 1936: “A striking pure white intermediate which we introduced to America last year. Being bred in Canada, it is a naturally good doer in even the severest climates. Pure white in color, on ten-inch stems, its extreme floriferousness results in a solid mass of bloom – resembling a drift of snow. As striking a border planting as can be imagined. One of the very earliest.”

From Salina Flower Farms catalog for 1951: “DB 16″ White with faint blue cast, olive green and ochre veins at haft.”
