TB 36″ E-M
From Schreiner’s Iris Lover’s catalog for 1982: “This sparkler is the first yellow amoena to have tested our longtime loyalty to lovely Pinnacle. We like the great size, vigor and health of this plant as well as its virginal purity. Its slightly ruffled yellow falls with no haft pattern nicely set off the beauty of the light creamy-white standards. Each stem sports 3 branches and 6 buds. With this advance prospects for future hybridizing achievements in this class are indeed exciting. Its name was inspired by Marc Chagall’s painting bearing the same title. We dedicate this Iris to this famous artist – an Iris fancier himself.”
